Well, I am not talking about hundreds or thousands of years ago. I am talking about just a few decades ago. The world has changed, and we always keep saying it has changed for the better. All that we need to stop and ask ourselves, is it really for the better?

No doubt, if I find just the times of 30-40 years ago so pleasant, beautiful, and genuine, I get a very unique feeling of happiness when I imagine how this world would have been 4 to 5 thousand years ago. There was no electricity, no television, no fans, no air conditioners, no refrigerators, no telephones, no mobiles, no vehicles, no computers, no Internet. Yes, mankind has progressed greatly and so has science. We have reached a stage where getting things done from machines has become as easy as thinking. It is definitely good and all of this was developed, discovered, and invented for the good of the human beings. All of this has happened only in the last 1000 years at the most, and it has benefited us hugely. However, did the humans before a thousand years not survive without all this? They definitely did, and looking back I realize it was only better and more peaceful than what it is today.

Over time, we have become so self-centred and selfish that we now think only about ourselves. At the most we are ready to think about the people closest to us (viz., our family members) and then come the rest of the people. However, if we sit back and think, we will realize that all we are doing in relationships is bartering. "If I love someone, they should love me back", "If I have done something for someone, they should do something for me too... or at least acknowledge... or at least realize... or at least understand". When parents expect their children to be good to them, sustain them, and expect the children to follow each advice they give, this is not a relationship, it is business.

I personally feel that there is a very very small percentage of genuineness left in this world, be it in relationships, at work, in people's thinking, their attitude, in the environment, nature, fruits, vegetables. This is not normal. We usually blame all of this on the modernization and ignore speaking about these things, but it is getting only serious and worse. As thinking of the times a few thousand years ago makes me feel pleasant and something out of this world, so does the fact that the World Time is cyclic. Whatever you are doing right now was done by you 5000 years ago, and you will do it 5000 years later. It takes time to digest this truth of world, and takes some experiences before you start believing in it. We are nearing the end of such one cycle of 5000 years and that makes me equally happy, and again gives me a very different kind of feeling.

Sweet rivers, mellifluous water, golden palaces, diamond houses, wealthy humans with divine powers, elementary mathematics in schools, simple-to-operate airplanes for everyone to travel, beautiful types of colorful birds, flowers, herbivorous animals, no diseases, no robbers, no law, no police, no corruption, no sex-lust, only purity, only spring season always, no natural calamities. Doesn't it make you feel so energetic, pure, and divine right now? My mind elevates to some extraordinary level whenever I am thinking of this. In today's world, one may call me crazy, because it is next to impossible to imagine such an environment. People may find such an environment boring as well, but I personally don't, because that is the most beautiful period on this earth a soul has. That is the most beautiful period I have lived in. That period is called Heaven, Paradise, Golden Age, Satyug.

Note: God, Paradise (on earth), the Soul World (beyond the universe) is NOT hypothetical imagination. It is reality, it is the truth that you can experience yourself. Paradise is yet to come, and everybody on this earth will know this soon.

The period we are in currently, is called Iron Age, Kalyug or Hell. Why hell? Just look around for the answer to this question. Wait, you needn't look outside. Just sit back and think whether you are 100% happy with your life, and you will realize you are not. This is the period when I have taken this last birth. This is the period when we have forgotten that "I" am a soul, and not this body. We have forgotten that we take multiple births. We have forgotten that we (the souls) were playing the roles of deities a few thousand years ago. We need to remember that we will play the roles of same deities again soon. It will take time to remember this, and we all will remember it at the pre-destined right time. However, we can also try making efforts from our side in remembering this.

People around today, when and as I see them, are body-conscious. {Even I was at one point in time. I still am, occasionally.} This makes them feel "I am a male", "I am a female", accordingly, everybody gets attracted, enticed towards the bodies of the opposite (or now same) gender. People drool on seeing good-looking people. Over a period of time, everybody has developed vices of sex-lust, anger, greed, attachment, ego. Out of this, it is very easy to eradicate vices of anger, greed, attachment, ego, because we understand superficially that these cause us pain. Unfortunately, sex-lust causes pleasure, hence it is the most difficult and challenging of vices to eradicate. It is considered as normal and the feeling of the want of such physical, low-level, dirty pleasure is as wide-spread as the polluted air today. I am not saying whether this is right or wrong. I am no one to decide whether this is right for you or this world or wrong. I am not generalizing it for the world. I am putting down my beliefs about the same. Now, if you try to dig into my life and try to prove these statements false, I will not entertain that, because everybody has his own role to play. This is about what we believe about ourselves and what is it that we want in our life.

I had been to a tour in December 2009, and some of my co-tourists made me constantly uncomfortable by speaking and using such dirty language that I thought of quitting the tour itself. I had initially prepared my mind to handle/ignore/let-go of it, but it was just too much at one point of time. On getting upset, someone else told me, "It's a curiosity everybody has before marriage. It's the age". I was like, "Curiosity to an extent where people become blindfolded with constant feelings, desires, and wants of such things is injurious, isn't it?"

I remember when I had declared that I would get married (again), I was asked by someone, "What about the whole celibacy thing? That wouldn't be possible for you after marriage, right?". My reply to that was, "I have never inquired about your celibacy or your sex life, so neither should you..." Well, that's what was on my mind, but my actual polite reply was, "Let's see. I have not decided anything about it as yet." It is extremely unfortunate that marriage is considered as the synonym for sex today. Let me tell you, I have had to gather a lot of courage to write that three letter word today. The act is considered as an integral part of one's love for the other. Yes, there are marriages and couples in the Paradise, but lust (which is the synonym for sex today) is absent. Children are born as a result of pure vibrations of thoughts that the parents create, not as a part of a low-level act that is considered very pure today. And when parents (who once prevent children from indulging into such acts at a point in time) expect their children to grow up and to become parents, I feel like asking God, "Why do I exist on this earth?" There is a big difference between wanting to do something, and doing something for someone else. If the world thinks this is normal, pure, nice, good, I respect that, but my beliefs about such things were and will always remain the same, even if I have to give birth to souls using such dirty means. If that is a part of my role, I cannot deny it, and neither can God {as He says}, but the truth is what I believe about it. Basically, and frankly, if my beloved God does not interfere into my Karmic Accounts, who are you :$ (blushing)

More important is what you think at every moment, pure or impure. Celibacy is just the first small easy step of purity. Purity, besides celibacy, is about not having a single negative, waste, impure thought in the mind, not getting attracted, envious, jealous, angry at anybody, not getting emotionally attached to anybody. This is 100% Purity, and such a world will be established soon. Believe it or not.

Every single unpleasant, unhappy thing that is going on in this world today is a result of body-consciousness. We think we are this body, and hence we run behind everything, get attracted towards pleasant/unpleasant things and often end up thinking, saying, or doing things that we shouldn't. On realizing and experiencing that you are a soul, the concept of a lifetime, or birth vanishes. You become eternal, immortal (which you already are). There is no deadline to "wanting" something. Yes, good times will be back, our heaven, our kingdom will be back to us. Only a few deities will be present and will be ruling the world. At present, no doubt, gone are the days when air was clean and sex was dirty and it is exactly the opposite... but what I want will be back soon and it's not too early to be excited about it :) It's actually quite late.
