In this fast-paced world, it is necessary to take a pause at some intervals and just make a simple check as to whether we are really walking towards our goals in life. It is necessary to correct ourselves if we are on the aberrant path.

Spirituality in its right perspective helps us understand our life much better, and live it in the best possible sense and achieve all that we always dreamt of.

The basic difference between Spirituality and Philosophy is that Philosophy is more theoretical and involves almost no practical experiences, whereas Spirituality actually gives you direction to experience whatever you learn in it. Thus, it is more practical.

All contents in this write-up are based on the Shrimat (Godly words) that I have come across in various literatures available at the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya Centers and Websites, and my interaction with some of them. However, I have written it in a simple way, in my own words, and as per my own understanding, for the readers to understand it easily. Although I am the writer, the original author of every single word written inside is God Himself.

Every Chapter in this booklet is separately categorized. I would recommend you to read only one chapter at a time, understand it completely, and then only move ahead. You may take as much time to complete reading the chapter and this booklet, but reading one chapter at one time will be really helpful in understanding the subsequent chapters. Take your own time reading this booklet, but do read it at least once in your lifetime.
