Your Other Box

This is the 'Spiritual Diagrams by Sagar Sonker' section. You can browse the list of diagrams drawn by me on the right hand side of this page.

We all have two boxes in our mind. One box is open to the World, where we stay, work, interact, and play our roles. The other box is open to God (whom we call Shiv Baba).

Whenever we face stressful situations, we usually divert out mind to some measures that make us forget our stressful (i.e. incorrect and negative) thoughts. Some examples are Exercise, Dancing, Movies, Music, Sports, Sex, or many others. The purpose of these measures is different and these are not the permanent solutions. These measures are temporary and can only bring us temporary satisfaction, pleasure, or fun. However, when we they are away, we again go back to the same stressful world of negative thoughts.

We need to practice Rajyoga Meditation and go back and sit into the other box. This is the box of Silence. Sitting in this box brings us genuine peace, love, happiness, and power from within. These virtues are very strong and you don't find the stress as big. Rajyoga Meditation corrects your thoughts and burns away the toxin and negativity in your intellect. You connect with the Supreme Soul (God) and receive all the powers that help you face the same world with an all new perspective. It's the same way you live in the world when you are in love. It's a different consciousness altogether.

So, next time you face a stressful situation, make a 360 change and go and sit in your other box. External situations will seem very trivial.
